No prior experience is required. However, if you’re an absolute beginner, we recommend starting with our Reformer Essential classes before progressing to our other classes.
We offer a range of different classes! You can find a more detailed description on our Classes page, but as a summary:

- Reformer Sculpt our intermediate, strength-based option for those who have a good base and wish to progress.
- Reformer Burn is another intermediate, cardio-based option perfect for those looking to build up a sweat!
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Socks are mandatory, and we recommend grip socks for better stability and hygiene. We sell grip socks in the studio soon, which can be purchased in studio. If you have long hair, ensure it is tied up.
Each class lasts 45 minutes, providing a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups.
Our classes are small, with a maximum of 9 participants, allowing for personalised attention from the instructor.
