Ann has been part of the Sculpt team since we first opened our doors in October 2024. She has a wonderfully calm presence that's felt the moment you walk into the studio, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported and at ease.

Ann's classes are centred around breath, control and quality of movement. With an exceptional eye for technique, she'll help you fine-tune the small details, while always adapting each class to the people in front of her and how they're feeling that day. Whether you're recovering from an injury, feeling full of energy or simply looking to move well, you'll always feel looked after.

Don't be surprised if lunges make an appearance (they're one of her favourites!) or if she reaches for a variety of props to keep every class fresh, engaging and just the right amount of challenging.

Outside the studio, Ann is kept busy by her three young children. She loves spending time outdoors, whether that's hiking, cycling or making the most of family adventures.
