Lauren joined the Sculpt team in January 2026 and, while you'll now mainly see her covering classes, she's always a firm favourite when she's in the studio. Friendly, chatty and incredibly encouraging, Lauren has a sneaky way of making Pilates feel easier than it is... until you realise you're working muscles you didn't even know you had!

With a keen eye for technique and a knack for finding those tiny stabilising muscles, Lauren creates classes that are both challenging and rewarding. Her relaxed, chatty style puts everyone at ease, making it easy to forget just how hard you're working... until the shaking begins!
